Becky Surber is the founder of The Surber Group and a trusted real estate advisor serving Fair Oaks Ranch, Boerne, and the greater San Antonio area.
With nearly three decades of experience across real estate and lending, Becky brings a steady, thoughtful approach to every client relationship. Her background in mortgage lending gives her a comprehensive understanding of the full transaction — allowing her to help clients navigate pricing, negotiations, and decisions with clarity and confidence.

Becky’s role is not to take over the process, but to stand alongside her clients — helping them understand their options, anticipate challenges, and move forward with intention. She remains personally involved throughout each transaction, ensuring that decisions are well-considered and that clients feel supported from the first conversation to the closing table.

Deeply rooted in the community she serves, Becky lives and works in the Fair Oaks Ranch and Boerne area, where both of her sons attended Champion High School and Boerne ISD schools. Her oldest son, Caleb, graduated from Texas A&M University, where he played football, and her youngest son, Josh, is currently a student there as well. Becky and her family are active in the community and serve together at Mission City Church.
